Wingstop is flying high in Oregon. The 515-unit wing chain announced today that the company has signed a multi-unit development agreement to open 12 new restaurants throughout the state of Oregon.

Wingstop hosted an open house event last winter where franchise candidates had an opportunity to meet with company executives and learn more about expansion in Oregon. Now, just four months later, Wingstop has signed an agreement with D&T Wings to develop restaurants in locations like Portland, Multnomah, Clackamas, Bend, Eugene, Springfield, and Medford, Oregon, as well as in Boise City, Idaho.

Wingstop currently has one location in southeast Portland. The first location under the new agreement with D&T Wings is set to open in Portland next year.

"Wingstop found an excellent multi-unit partner in D&T Wings. We are extremely excited to welcome them aboard as a franchise brand partner," says Bev Rich, senior director of franchise sales for Wingstop. "Our Portland restaurant has a loyal following, and now, with this new agreement, we will bring Wingstop's fresh, made-to-order products to even more wing fans across the state."
