Taco Time Northwest is excited to announce the return of its hand-tossed Chicken Caesar Salad and Chicken Caesar Salad Soft Taco menu items this summer. Available for a limited time only through September 2012, these seasonal items are made fresh with exceptional local ingredients.

Grown and harvested daily, the crisp romaine lettuce used to prepare the Chicken Caesar Salad and Chicken Caesar Salad Soft Taco comes from local farms in Washington state’s Kent Valley including the fourth generation, family-owned Carpinito Brothers farm.

From the farm to the table, the romaine lettuce is chopped by hand daily in the restaurants. Salads and soft tacos are hand-tossed to order and include all-white meat chicken, shredded Parmesan cheese, and creamy Caesar dressing.

Seasoned corn tortilla strips that top off the salad are made fresh daily in each restaurant from tortillas provided by Seattle-based La Mexicana Inc., a local supplier that has partnered with Taco Time for almost 40 years. La Mexicana Inc. also provides the flour tortillas that wrap the soft tacos and are used throughout the menu.
