Primary Color, a full service print solutions company based out of Orange and Los Angeles counties, California, has acquired the services of Paul Wartman as senior vice president of franchisor development.

Wartman will be responsible for development of Primary Color’s franchise business by offering an array of modern print and web-based solutions. Utilizing his extensive franchise expertise, Wartman’s focus at Primary Color will be working with franchise companies and their corporate marketing teams to implement Primary Color’s integrated web solutions.

These solutions will link corporate marketing, field marketing, franchisors, and franchisees with Primary Color’s customized print manufacturing, fulfillment, and distribution, all of which take place under one roof.

Wartman will share with franchisors his insights as to how to execute national campaigns that protect brand integrity while also providing localized, flexible marketing tools to dispersed users.

Before joining Primary Color, Wartman oversaw franchise development for Fresh Enterprises, Inc., franchisor of Baja Fresh, La Salsa, and Canyons Burger Company. Wartman has also worked with RedBrick Pizza Worldwide, Inc. and Golden Spoon Frozen Yogurt, Inc., as a consultant advising them on their international and domestic franchise development.

Wartman has specialized in domestic and international franchise development as a franchisor and master franchisee since he transitioned out of being a full-time attorney. Wartman received his J.D. from Temple University Law School in Philadelphia.
