The Burger wars in Georgia just got a little more heated. Master development agent of Georgia, Tony Ratliff, president of Boardwalk Investment Group, LLC, recently sold a single-unit franchise deal in the expansion of his development state Georgia.  

The development agent revealed that there are plans for this location to be Georgia's first freestanding drive thru. Details on franchisees and site location are to be revealed later in the year. This will be Tony Ratliff’s second single-unit deal in the state of Georgia.
