Baja Fresh Mexican Grill, the quick-casual fresh Mexican chain, is thrilled to announce the grand opening of its Frederick, Maryland, restaurant conveniently located at 5595 Spectrum Drive.

Jamshed Shah, who brings years of restaurant experience to Baja Fresh, operates the restaurant.

“During construction, hundreds of customers stopped by to find out when Baja Fresh will open,” Shah says. “I’m very excited about offering Frederick residents with a friendly atmosphere and a choice of healthy Mexican food options.”

The 2,616-square-foot restaurant encompasses Baja Fresh’s latest contemporary restaurant design with warm colors and an accommodating seating plan located a short distance from the FSK Mall.
