Delphi Display Systems, Inc. today announced it has again been recognized for its continued commitment to quality and excellence by being recertified in accordance with ISO 9001:2008.

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is the world’s most widely accepted standard for quality management systems. Delphi is a provider of quick-service restaurant drive-thru performance optimization products.

Certification to ISO standards is voluntary and organizations must complete a rigorous auditing process by an independent third-party registrar. QAS International conducted the audit of Delphi and noted the company’s widespread dedication to quality.

"Delphi Display Systems remains one of the top 5 companies of the 350 audits I completed in the past year," says Daniel Zehnle, lead auditor for QAS International and a former military and aerospace quality auditor.

ISO certifies businesses for their adherence to standards that ensure continual quality and performance improvements in meeting regulatory standards, business requirements, and customer satisfaction. Delphi’s ISO 9001:2008 recertification demonstrates that its internal quality management systems and procedures meet the stringent requirements of ISO and underscores the company’s commitment to continually improve its products, procedures, and customer service.

“Achieving recertification is proof positive of Delphi’s commitment to quality and continuous process improvement,” says Ken Neeld, Delphi’s president and CEO. “Delphi continues to raise the bar for achieving the highest levels of service, support, and product performance in our markets.

“Feedback that we receive from routinely conducted customer surveys confirm that our commitment to quality, as represented by this ISO recertification, is having a significant impact on customer satisfaction. Delphi’s commitment to implementing world-class policies, practices, and procedures solidifies our leadership in providing quality products and services to our customers.”
