Successful Atlanta restaurateur Pierre Panos will give franchise prospects, as well as civic and business leaders, an inside look at his newest concept, Fresh To Order (f2o), during tasting events next week in Charlotte and Raleigh, North Carolina.

Fresh To Order plans to open at least 25 new restaurants in the Carolinas and is using the two events to launch a search for franchisees to develop the innovative new franchise concept that combines the quality of casual fine dining with a fast-casual operating platform and price point.

The events are scheduled for:

-September 18, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Charlotte City Club in Charlotte

-September 19, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Cardinal Club in Raleigh

Panos announced earlier this month that he was seeking multiunit franchise prospects to drive Fresh To Order’s expansion throughout the Carolinas.

At the tasting events, Panos will share f2O’s growth plans for the area and Executive Chef Jesse Gideon will be on hand to prepare a fresh tasting of items from the f2O menu.

“This will be an opportunity for prospects as well as local leaders to see why f2O is the next evolution in fast casual dining,” Panos says. “We want our guests to experience first-hand what Fresh To Order is all about.”

Fresh To Order’s menu features chef-inspired cuisine including traditional entrées, panini sandwiches, and soups and salads, all prepared and served to customers’ tables in less than 10 minutes.

Founded in 2006, Fresh To Order has five restaurants operating in Atlanta, and one in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Two additional franchise locations are scheduled to open this year, including one in Concourse B of the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
