Villa Enterprises Management, a global multiconcept restaurant franchisor, announced the grand opening of a South Philly Steaks & Fries location at the Gordion Shopping Center in Ankara, Turkey, this month.

This marks the third concept to open in Turkey under an exclusive development deal with Turkish franchisee Ibrahim Yildrim.

Over the course of 2013, four additional Villa Enterprises concepts are scheduled to open throughout the country.

“Our Villa Italian Kitchen and South Philly Steaks & Fries locations that opened in the Buyaka Shopping Center in Istanbul this year are flourishing, and we are thrilled to be working with Ibrahim to open another location in Ankara,” says Christopher Fox, vice president of international business development. “We’ve worked to meet the demands of local diets and tastes, adding more meat options to our concepts, including local favorites like shawarma.”

The Gordion Shopping Center opened its doors to the public in 2009 as the first green shopping center in Turkey and has since become one of the leading commercial shopping malls in the region, ranking as a landmark for its unique design.

The modern, upscale center offers a wide variety of brands, dining, and services, providing sophisticated residents with the finest in fashion, food, and entertainment.

The opening of South Philly Steaks & Fries in Ankara, Turkey, increases Villa Enterprises Management to more than 30 international locations. The company operates international locations in seven additional countries, including the United States, Italy, Azerbaijan, Colombia, United Arab Emirates, Egypt, and Mexico.
