Women’s Foodservice Forum (WFF) is pleased to welcome three new members to its Board of Directors: Karen Bowman of Deloitte, Twila Day of Sysco, and Jack Sinclair of Walmart.

WFF Board member Marie Perry, of Brinker International, has joined the board’s Executive Committee in the role of treasurer, replacing the retiring Julie Swan, formerly of Sysco.

“Our Board of Directors brings invaluable insight to our organization,” says WFF president and CEO Fritzi Woods. “These changes will help to shape our decision making and further support the impact of WFF’s efforts to advance women leaders within the foodservice industry.”

Bowman is a principal in Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Human Capital practice and a member of the Deloitte Consulting Board of Directors.

Day is senior vice president and chief information officer for Sysco Corporation. She is also involved with the Association for Women in Computing (AWC) and Women in Technology Industries (WITI).

Sinclair is executive vice president of Walmart US Grocery Division. He has responsibility for all aspects of the merchandise grocery business at Walmart’s 4,000 stores in the U.S. Sinclair has been working for Walmart for five years, having moved from the U.K. to the U.S. in 2007.

The new positions are effective immediately.
