DTT announced today a partnership with Mitra QSR, a 152 unit quick-service franchise operator based in Dallas. After an 8-week pilot at two locations, Mitra QSR installed DTT systems at another 30 restaurant locations. Shortly thereafter, they signed an agreement for an enterprise-wide DTT roll out. Installations for the remaining stores began in April and are expected to be complete late May. As Mitra QSR continues to expand across the nation, DTT will be implementing surveillance solutions in all future store openings.

“After researching many surveillance products, we became very interested in DTT because of their cutting-edge technology, extensive understanding of the restaurant industry, and wide variety of managed services,” says Toyin Fawehinmi, director of LP. “Once we learned more about the loss prevention tools, most notably SmartAudit, we knew that DTT was the only vendor with a complete suite of services to fit our operational needs. Service for technology is very important to Mitra and the fact that DTT offers a 24/7/365 Customer Help Desk helped make our decision even easier.”

“With DTT systems installed at all of our QSR locations, we have already seen a significant improvement in our operations, and we will now have more time to focus on growing the business and exploring other opportunities,” states Pushpak Patel, president of Mitra QSR.

“We look forward to providing Mitra with a superior loss prevention solution assisting not only with cost control but with auditing capabilities, which will ensure outstanding guest service in every one of their restaurants. It is our pleasure to work with this fantastic franchise operator,” says Tom Moran, executive vice president of sales and marketing for DTT.
