Long John Silver’s has named Paula Ashley-Rogness vice president of media and field marketing. Rogness will be responsible for providing strategic direction, analysis, and recommendations on national and local media planning to drive sales growth.

 

A veteran in the restaurant industry, Rogness’s experience spans more than 25 years in media and field marketing, with over 20 years working for Long John Silver’s. Most recently, Rogness served as the vice president of field marketing for The Wendy’s Company before returning to the Long John Silver’s team.

 

“Paula’s knowledge and experience with media and marketing in the restaurant industry places her as a go-to leader for market growth,” says Charles St. Clair, chief marketing officer. “That knowledge and experience, combined with her established understanding of the Long John Silver’s brand, puts us in a position to make great strides in the industry.”

 

Rogness achieved many goals for the Long John Silver’s brand during her past experiences, earning her prestigious awards including the Long John Silver’s Keys to the Shop Award, the Franchise Silver Cup “Splash” Award, and the Power Player Award for saving the brand $1 million in national media.
