Delphi Display Systems, a provider of quick-service restaurant drive-thru performance optimization products and outdoor digital signage systems, announced the release of a new software, Emprise.

The software adapts quick-serve menus to customer preferences, making menu offerings more personal and appealing to the individual customer. Drive-thru service times are improved by offering customers their most-preferred menu items prominently on the drive-thru digital menuboard.

“With Emprise, the drive-thru digital menuboard becomes a personal one-on-one sales tool for the [quick-service] operator that displays what the customer likes and also works hard to drive sales and speed of service at the drive thru,” says vice president of product management Mark DiCamillo.

“By utilizing personal preference information on food choices and allergies, Emprise tailors the menu's message to the consumer,” he adds. “For example, if a child has peanut allergies, Emprise displays an upsell ice cream cone video with sprinkles instead of peanuts. Instantly, the display shows a kid-safe message that dynamically increases ticket size. Emprise helps direct customers to what they like most and makes it easier to find their favorites and regular items.”

Coupled with Delphi’s Insight system, Emprise offers operators a complete end-to-end indoor digital menu and drive-thru solution, including digital pre-sell boards, digital menuboards, order confirmation systems, drive-thru timers, and wireless communication.

Emprise was unveiled at the Foodservice Technology Show (FSTEC) in Scottsdale, Arizona, on September 23, 2013.
