Villa Enterprises Management Ltd. Inc., a multi-concept restaurant franchisor, announced the grand opening of its Far East Asian Fire concept at the Philadelphia Airport, which will be operated by franchisee Midfield Concessions.

“We created our Far East concept a few years ago for the food court at Sands Casino Resort in Bethlehem to provide a variety of dining options to consumers, and we recently started to introduce it in new markets,” says Adam Torine, senior vice president of business development at Villa Enterprises Management. “We’re excited to now have a home in the Philadelphia Airport and introduce our Pan Asian-inspired menu to employees and the millions of travelers that come through the airport each year.”

Far East offers a variety of Pan Asian foods, incorporating the culinary flavors of China and Japan. The menu features Chinese food, noodle soups, and sushi, as well as signature menu items like Sriracha wings and Chicken with String Beans.

Far East is part of the Villa Enterprises Management family of brands that are found in shopping centers, airports, college campuses, and casinos worldwide. The global multi-concept restaurant franchisor operates more than 330 quick-serve concepts across 38 U.S. states, as well as in Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico, and seven additional countries.
