Gosh Enterprises, parent company of Bibibop Asian Grill, Charley’s Grilled Subs, and Charleys Philly Steaks restaurant concepts, announced the opening of the second location of Asian-fusion restaurant concept, Bibibop Asian Grill.

Bibibop Asian Grill will open March 3 in Columbus, Ohio. The Asian-fusion restaurant concept is inspired by the popular Korean dish, bibimbap, meaning “mixed rice.” True to its namesake, each bibibop dish made as a salad, rice bowl, or wrap, starts with a bed of steamed rice, followed by a customizable mix of grilled meats or tofu, steamed vegetables, and Asian-inspired sauces.

“We love to make our customers happy,” says Gosh Enterprises founder and chief executive officer Charley Shin. “Bibibop was founded on the principles of well-being—giving our customers healthy and delicious food quickly; and in doing so, making them happy. We offer quality ingredients that foster a happy and healthy, well balanced lifestyle.”

“Another Bibibop means more happy customers,” says Bibibop Asian Grill concept lead Joe Holbrook. “We have been fortunate to secure a loyal customer following in the few months our Grandview Heights location has been open. We are pleased to have the opportunity to share our food and with more people in the Columbus area.”

The first Bibibop Asian Grill opened in the Grandview Heights neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio, in August 2013. The concept’s popularity launched its growth in just over six months from its original location’s opening.
