Villa Enterprises, a multi-brand restaurant operator and franchisor, opened two more of its concepts – Villa Italian Kitchen and Mo’ Burger – at Arizona Mills Shopping Center located in Tempe, Arizona, as part of its food court management deal with the mall. The final phase of the renovation is anticipated this spring with the completion of a renovated food court seating area.

Mo’ Burger’s menu features a Make Your Own Mo option that allows guests to build a customized burger, starting with a single, double, or triple beef patty; choice of cheese; and a variety of topping choices, all served on a potato or everything bun. The menu also includes signature burgers, fresh-cut fries, and made-from-scratch onion rings. Guests can round out their meals with a selection of desserts, including hand-spun frozen custard and signature Piecretes – a slice of pie blended into fresh custard. The new flagship Villa Italian Kitchen will offer an expanded menu, introducing several new handheld items including a variety of sandwiches and wraps.

For the past year, we’ve been overseeing the renovation of the food court at the shopping center, and are thrilled to open up two more concepts,” says Villa Enterprises’ senior vice president of business development, Adam Torine. “The new food court is now home to eight of our restaurants, and we are excited about the upcoming completion.”

The 11,500 square foot food court also features the company’s Green Leaf’s, Bananas, South Philly Steaks & Fries, and Far East brands, as well as two new concepts to the Villa Enterprises portfolio, Sukotto Japanese Grill and Tinta Mexicana.

The Arizona Mills project continues the fulfillment of Villa Enterprises’ strategic growth initiative focused on multi-unit opportunities and expansion of management services to operate entire food courts within malls, outlet centers, casinos and airports, both domestically and internationally.
