CiCi's Pizza has hired two new vice presidents to improve operational systems and help grow the chain.
Steven Jones has been named vice president of operation services and training. A 25-year restaurant industry veteran who has been a leader at Arby’s and KFC, Jones will focus on improving CiCi’s operational systems and processes.
“Steve brings a creative, results-oriented, ‘whatever-it-takes’ attitude and approach to his new position, and will play a vital role in transforming how we improve systems, process and procedures,” says CiCi’s CEO Darin Harris. “His leadership will be key as we seek new operational efficiencies that will aid in future growth.”
CiCi’s has named Brett Willis, an accomplished franchise sales and development executive with more than 16 years’ experience, as vice president of development. He joins the CiCi’s family after stints at Smashburger, Arby’s, and Sonic.
“Brett has a proven track record of recruiting and retaining franchisees, and that’s just what we need in preparing to grow our system again,” Harris says. “We welcome both Brett and Steve to the CiCi’s family during an exciting time in the company’s history.”
