An additional 22 new franchises will result in the development of restaurants in Omaha, Nebraska; Peoria, Arizona; Selden, Midtown East, Washington Heights, Queens, and Park Slope Brooklyn, New York; Glen Ellyn, Illinois; Tampa and Boynton Beach, Florida; Northfield, Rowan University, Williamstown, Deptford, Somerdale, Audubon, Montvale, and Princeton, New Jersey; Huston; Orange County, California; Lawrence, Massachusetts; and Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

“Over the past 18 years we have created a menu that satisfies everyone from vegetarians to the carb-free consumer to people following a gluten-free diet,” Silva says. “We have created a friendly, relaxed, social environment where people can enjoy great-tasting food, learn about healthy eating and engage with fellow health enthusiasts in their area. We’re excited to bring our nutritious, quick service options to more consumers and plan to expand our footprint nationwide in years to come.”
