As Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill continues to gain popularity across regions of the United States, the Mexican grill attracted the attention of 2015 State Senator, Michael Williams and his brother Donald Williams, both franchise industry veterans. Proponents for American small business, the brothers signed an area development agreement with Salt Lake City-based Costa Vida for the state of Georgia, beginning with eight locations in the greater Atlanta area, the first of which will open in Cumming on October 13. 

Opening their doors to the first Costa Vida location in the state of Georgia, local owners Donald and Michael Williams will be introducing Costa Vida’s menu inspired by coastal Mexico. To celebrate the opening, the Williams invite the local community to the new restaurant at 405 Peachtree Parkway, Suite 165 for a celebration. Kicking off at 10:30 a.m., the restaurant will be awarding the first 50 people in line with free Costa Vida once a week for an entire year, and the next 50 people with free Costa Vida once a month for an entire year. Everyone else in line on opening day following the first 100 will receive a free meal that day.
