CiCi's Pizza announced new chief financial officer Jim Lebs, who brings a 20-year track record of streamlining and implementing organizational structure, technology, and business processes to the company.

Lebs comes to CiCi’s from Sonic Drive-In, where he drove a transformation of systems and processes as vice president of supply chain. He also served as the chief facilitator of the “Higher Store-Level Profits Task Group” of the Franchise Advisory Council (FAC) and was the business owner of the “Maximizing Store-Level Profits” strategic initiative.

Prior to his tenure at Sonic Drive-In, Lebs was a leader at Jack in the Box Inc. for almost eight years, where he served in a variety of progressive roles, including division vice president of accounting ops, director of operations, DVP of supply chain systems, and DVP of financial planning and analysis.

“Jim’s financial leadership, coupled with a deep understanding of operations and supply chain, will be a huge asset to CiCi’s as we look to revitalize and transform our brand,” says CiCi’s Pizza CEO Darin Harris. “Bringing a leader of his caliber to CiCi’s is part of our strategic plan to be better at everything we do.”

Lebs, a Southern California native, is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), has passed the CPA exam, and earned his MBA in Finance from Cal Poly Pomona and his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Cal State San Bernardino.
