Habit Restaurants LLC, is bringing back its popular Sesame Chicken and Almond Salad, which will be featured January 21 through March 17 at more than 100 locations. The limited time entrée salad, with fresh chargrilled chicken and bold Asian flavors, debuted in early 2014 as a seasonal offering. It will sell for $7.25.

The Sesame Chicken and Almond Salad starts with a hand-fileted, marinated chicken breast that is chargrilled. This tops garden greens, shredded carrots, cucumbers, sliced almonds, diced tomatoes and fresh cilantro, and is tossed in a zesty sesame ginger dressing and topped with crispy wontons.

“The salad was a big hit last year and we’ve had a lot of requests to bring it back,” says Chef Adam Baird, the Habit’s vice president of Food & Beverage and creator of the Sesame Chicken and Almond Salad. “At this time of the year, after the holidays, guests enjoy the option of something lighter. Our chargrilled chicken breast marries perfectly with Asian flavors and the crunch of roasted almonds and crispy wontons.”
