Pinkberry frozen yogurt, a growing favorite in Latin America, partners with Royal Food Services to open its first store in Panama City, Panama at Costa del Este and plans a second store opening early spring 2015.

“We are thrilled to invite our community to taste the difference of Pinkberry’s quality and enjoy the light, refreshing flavors the brand is known for,” says Roshni Dinani, founder of Royal Food Services.

In just 10 years, Pinkberry opened more than 250 stores in 21 countries. Latin America continues to demonstrate that it is a strong growth region for Pinkberry. It first entered Lima, Peru in 2011. The refreshing taste, customer-focused experience, and modern style led to the opening of 13 stores in Peru by the end of 2012 and continued growth that has led to 21 stores today. Pinkberry is also known for innovating local flavors specific to the region, such as Peru’s subtropical lucuma fruit. In addition to Peru and Panama, Pinkberry opened Dominican Republic, Chile, and Venezuela locations with plans for more store growth in 2015.

“We are excited to arrive in Panama and continue to grow in Latin America,” says Ron Graves, CEO of Pinkberry. “We are happy to become a local favorite in partnership with our franchisees in multiple Latin American countries who share our values and commitment on exceeding customer expectations each day.”
