It’s time for fish fans to celebrate the return of Wendy's North Pacific Cod sandwich. The limited-time-only sandwich is back with a new creamy dill tartar sauce and crisp pickles.

"We only offer our North Pacific Cod sandwich once a year and at Wendy's, we don't settle, we make sure we do it right," says Liz Geraghty, Wendy's vice president of marketing. "Wendy's uses what we believe is the gold standard for fried fish: wild-caught North Pacific Cod. And this fish season, we're kicking up the flavor by adding new, quality ingredients to deliver on consumers' evolving tastes."

Each cod sandwich starts with a wild-caught North Pacific cod fillet, hand-cut and lightly breaded in crispy panko crumbs. It is now topped with a creamy dill tartar sauce made with pickle relish, while the addition of dill pickles and crisp lettuce gives the sandwich extra crunch—all served on a toasted bun.

Fish fans can enjoy Wendy's North Pacific Cod sandwich a-la-carte or combine it with a side salad, small chili, a baked potato or French fries along with a beverage or classic Frosty.
