Core, the active lifestyle restaurant, debuts May 6 at 7265 Buckley Road in Syracuse, New York.

Once open, the eatery will serve lunch and dinner to customers seven days a week, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

The brand new concept in fast casual eating uses only unprocessed ingredients that enable peak performance. The Core menu features healthy, hearty, simple meals based on dark leafy greens, whole grains, all natural meats/proteins, and slow simmered bone broths. Core’s commitment to locally sourced, farm-fresh ingredients means the wide variety of vegetables offered varies by season.

“Our main goal is to provide access to clean, nutrient dense, and delicious foods in a quick casual setting,” says John Caveny, operating partner. “Too often, people have to sacrifice speed or quality, but that ends with concept of Core.”

Core’s fresh ingredients are natural, contain no preservatives or artificial sweeteners, and all of its sauces and dressings are made from scratch in-house. Their bone broths are slow simmered all day for maximum nutritional value.

“You can count on us to ensure the highest level of freshness and quality in everything we make,” Caveny says.

“We juice 10 pounds of carrots to make a single gallon of carrot chili dressing, and we promise that level of commitment to every item on our menu,” he adds.
