Moe’s Southwest Grill has introduced a new Sriracha Nacho Stack. The new menu item is served with your choice of protein (grass-fed steak, all-natural chicken, grain-fed, hormone-free pulled pork, 100 percent ground beef, or organic tofu), pinto or black beans, cotija cheese, Huy Fong’s authentic Sriracha sauce, pickled jalapeños, all-natural shredded cheese, pico de gallo, and Moe’s Famous Queso stacked between two crunchy corn shells wrapped in a grilled flour or whole-grain tortilla.

“Through several market tests, we found consumers really took to this nacho-like combination of complex heat, crunch, and cheese,” says executive chef Pat Peterson. “Being able to pair our menu items with the original Huy Fong’s Sriracha chili sauce is a unique way for us to transform our fresh, flavorful ingredients to make them even more craveable for our guests.”

The average price is $8.39 (prices vary by location) and it is available until late August. Also new to the menu are the Sriracha Nacho Bowl and Sriracha Nacho Burrito.
