Salata opened a new Fort Worth, Texas, location on Monday, making it the 44th location nationwide for the fast-growing salad and wrap restaurant brand.

The new Fort Worth Salata restaurant is owned and operated by franchisee Raul Ruiz, who owns three other Salata restaurants in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, including Sundance Square, his first location in Fort Worth.

“We look forward to bringing Salata to Texas Christian University students and the surrounding community,” Ruiz says. “We’ve experienced huge success with our Sundance Square location and believe that our customizable salads and wraps will continue to be popular amongst the Fort Worth community. Salata will bring diversity to Berry Street with its focus on healthy and convenient eating.”

The Berry Street Salata will offer Salata’s signature salads and wraps made with a variety of more than 50 fresh, healthy ingredients, completely customizable to the customer’s taste. All Salata locations are gluten-free certified and offer vegan proteins, freshly prepared soups, fresh-baked breads, and desserts.

The 2,309-square-foot restaurant will be open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
