Pancheros Mexican Grill, a Midwest-based fast-casual Mexican restaurant, is making its West Coast debut in California with two new locations in the City of Industry and Fremont. The new locations mark an important milestone in Pancheros’ continued expansion across the U.S. To celebrate the grand openings, the City of Industry and Fremont restaurants will be hosting a $1 burrito event on June 29 and July 1 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. respectively.

The Pancheros menu offers a wide array of mouthwatering selections that range from custom-built burritos to delicious quesadillas. Each creation is made with the guest’s choice of fresh cut, marinated grilled steak; slow-roasted, seasoned pork carnitas; chili-tamarind marinated chicken; or season-marinated veggies. With the help of “Bob the Tool,” a unique, plastic spatula that mixes ingredients together, every bite of a Pancheros menu item is perfectly uniform. Fans can spice up their order with any of Pancheros’ proprietary hot sauces, including Flavocano, made with seven different peppers for a smoky kick, or Greenade, for a more tangy bite.

“The debut of Pancheros on the West Coast means we’ll be able to introduce our better-built burritos to a whole new fan base,” says Rodney Anderson, president of Pancheros Mexican Grill. “With the City of Industry being in Los Angeles County and Fremont being situated in the Greater San Francisco area, we are certain that both locations will be huge successes.”
