BurgerFi, one of the most rapidly growing, fast-casual restaurant chains in America, announced its first-time ranking among Inc.’s list of the 500 fastest-growing private companies in the United States for 2015.  Debuting at No. 185, BurgerFi scored a coveted spot on the Inc. 500, representing the top companies from the larger Inc. 5000 annual list.

The first restaurant opened in 2011 and was founded by gourmet chefs committed to being better in a world of fast food hamburgers. Its “Never Ever Program” means no steroids, antibiotics, growth hormones, chemicals, or additives are ever used.

BurgerFi is the only fast-casual restaurant chain listed in the top 500 and also earned the following Inc. 5000 accolades: No. 10 Miami Metro Area, No. 11 Top Food and Beverage Companies, and No. 18 Top Florida Companies.

“It is an honor to be recognized by Inc. as one of the fastest-growing, quick-casual chains in America,” says CEO Corey Winograd. “This achievement is consistent with our vision. As we look forward to further growth, we will continue to provide more customers with the fresh, quality, all-natural options they desire.”

In addition to its Inc. ranking, BURGERFI was recently named the third fastest-growing fast casual chain by Technomic. BurgerFi ranked on Technomic’s list for three consecutive years, following its number two ranking in 2014 and number one ranking in 2013.

Sustained national expansion and success resulted in the addition of new locations and newfound markets for the company, resulting in a three-year growth of 2,249 percent. The company reported system-wide gross sales of $66.4 million in 2014.
