Good Times Restaurants Inc., operator of Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard, a regional quick-service restaurant chain focused on fresh, high-quality, all-natural products, announced that it is introducing All Natural, Housemade pickles and Hand Breaded Fried Pickles in all of its restaurants in late July.

The new All Natural, Housemade pickles and Hand Breaded Fried Pickles are prepared in small batches by hand daily in each restaurant. Good Times locations will also feature Spicy Pickle Spears, available as a side or by the jar, that are prepared with habanero peppers for an added kick of flavor. The new pickle offerings at Good Times builds on the chain’s platform of ‘taking a better food stand’ offering fresh, all natural, handcrafted products.

“We have tested the Housemade Pickles and Fried Pickles for several months and are pleased with both the sales and overwhelmingly positive customer feedback we’ve received,” says Nick Biegel, director of product development. “We are always looking for ways to continue offering high quality menu items, right down to the pickle on your burger. The Fried Pickles make a great addition to our Sides selections and our limited time Burnin’ Spears are of the same handmade quality you’d find at local farmers’ markets.”

Founded in 1987 in Boulder, Colorado, Good Times prides itself on serving fast food to be proud of by offering a high quality, fresh, unique, proprietary selection of hamburgers made with Meyer All-Natural, All-Angus beef, All-Natural chicken from Springer Mountain Farms, Hatch Valley Green Chile Breakfast Burritos, signature Wild Fries and Natural Cut Fries, Beer Battered Onion Rings, and fresh, creamy Frozen Custard in a variety of flavors, hand-spun shakes, and Spoonbenders.
