It won’t be long before diners are clawing their way back to Fireside Pies for a taste of the brand’s snow crab claws.

The brand announced the winning appetizer in its Fireside Favs contest. The weeklong social media promotion invited Facebook followers to vote for the appetizer that they wanted added back to the menu. The snow crab claws beat out the ever-popular Harvest Salad and Baked Goat Cheese to be named the official Fireside Favorite.

“When our fans speak up, it is our job to listen,” says Liz Jones, marketing director of Dallas-based Fireside Pies. “Our guests have been raving about several of the dishes we have had on the menu in the past, which is why we decided to host a contest to see which of our previous menu favorites was the ultimate fan favorite. We are looking forward to bringing back the crab claws to thank our followers for their vote and continued loyalty to Fireside Pies.”

Fireside Pies offered the claws as an appetizer for several years. Now, the brand will bring back the iconic appetizer for good. The winning dish features snow crab claws baked in garlic lemon butter with a side of toasted crostini. Light, fresh and full of flavor, the dish is popular with families and foodies throughout the Greater Dallas area.
