Pancheros Mexican Grill, a fast-casual Mexican restaurant known for its fresh-pressed tortillas and mouthwatering burritos, and Par Technology Corporation (PAR) have announced the successful launch of PAR Brink POS Software solution across all 65 of the burrito chain’s restaurants. The deployment of the new software will allow the franchise to better serve their guests as it continues to rapidly expand across the United States.

“Adopting the PAR Brink system in all of our restaurants is an important step in our growth plan because we can now connect with our customers on a deeper level,” says Barry Nelson, vice president of operations at Pancheros. “By being able to better understand what our most loyal fans enjoy at Pancheros, we can now offer our guests promotions that better fit their tastes.”

After two decades of providing guests with exceptional service and delicious burritos, Pancheros adopted the Brink POS System in order to create uniformity across the brand and upgrade its guest experience. PAR Brink is a cloud-based software solution that offers a native loyalty program as well as the franchise’s first online and mobile ordering system. The new software includes customer data integration, which will allow the brand to analyze its guests’ preferences, making the new system a key ingredient in the growth process. Pancheros was able to launch this system in 1–2 months as opposed to the 1–2 years that it can take other brands.
