The winner, Andrew Punchard from Calhoun, Georgia, is the director of nutritional services at Gordon Hospital & Murray Medical Center. Between the demands of hospital meetings, catering needs, patient meals, and a busy cafeteria, the hospital kitchen staff cooks more than 350 meals a day. Many of these meals are prepared on the griddle; chicken, burgers, quesadillas, stir-fry, and more.
