honeygrow, the Philadelphia-based fast-casual restaurant known for wholesome, simple, and made-to-order stir-frys, salads, and honeybars, announces three new locations with lease signings in Hunt Valley and Westminster, Maryland, and Peabody, Massachusetts. honeygrow is continuing to expand its presence throughout the greater Baltimore suburbs and is adding a third location to the Boston region.
Located on McCormick Road, honeygrow will join a mix of local and national brands like First Watch, Mission BBQ and Onelife Fitness at the Hunt Valley Towne Center. Adjacent is the Hunt Valley Towne Center, a luxury multifamily rental and a resort-style senior living center, and the preferred entertainment, dining, and shopping destination of its residents. In addition, honeygrow signed a lease at Westminster Station on Baltimore Boulevard in Westminster, Maryland. The property is in its second phase of development, and the fast-casual restaurant will open in the portion of the shopping center anchored by Sprouts. By the close of 2024, honeygrow will open five locations in Maryland including Annapolis, Columbia, Timonium, Hunt Valley and Westminster and will have 11 restaurants across the state.
Expanding into the Boston suburbs, honeygrow has signed a lease at the Northshore Mall in Peabody, Massachusetts. The property, owned by Simon, has recently undergone a multimillion-dollar transformation, creating a lifestyle, entertainment, and dining destination. The new honeygrow has a mall and street-level access and is across from Life Time Fitness, a luxury athletic club. Northshore Mall will join honeygrow’s two other Massachusetts locations at the Seaport and Fenway in Boston.
“We are excited to continue to grow within our seven markets, and the Baltimore and Boston metropolitan areas will always be an important focus for us as we expand,” says Justin Rosenberg, founder and CEO of honeygrow.
