Where is the restaurant industry headed? How do consumers feel about emerging trends in the industry? What do consumers feel about the next generation of restaurants? What can/should you do to motivate consumers to patronize your type of restaurant? What should you do to protect your business from new forms of restaurants?
FSR and QSR are studying these issues and will be reporting on them soon from a large survey among consumers. But to truly explore the issues, we need your help. We are also conducting a survey among restaurant professionals to compare and contrast what you feel about this subject to what consumers are thinking. We believe that conducting parallel studies among consumers and industry professionals will prove to be invaluable.
