Hot Head Burritos announced the signing of a 30-store development agreement for the Columbus and Toledo, Ohio, areas. This will expand the restaurant chain from its current 21 locations to more than 50 locations across Ohio, Kentucky, and Pennsylvania.

“We couldn’t be more excited about this expansion,” says Hot Head Burritos cofounder Ray Wiley. “We started Hot Head to provide people with fresh, great tasting food and become a strong name in the quick-serve food industry.”

Hot Head Burritos was founded in 2007 by Ray and Cynde Wiley with a single location in Kettering, Ohio. It has expanded and gained popularity in the greater Dayton and Cincinnati areas every year and has been voted “The Best Burrito in Town” in Dayton, Ohio, two years in a row. It serves fresh food in a fun, family friendly atmosphere.

The Hot Head menu is all about variety. It includes large and small burritos and bowls, hard and soft tacos, quesadillas, salads, nachos, and five different kids meals. All items are available with chicken, steak, pork, or taco meat, or as vegetarian entrees. The concept features more than a dozen sauces ranging in flavor from mild to wild including its very own signature Hot Head Sauce.

“Hot Head has a true commitment to food quality and fresh ingredients,” says Cynde Wiley, cofounder of Hot Head Burritos. “Our customers love the variety of sauces and flavor combinations we offer, allowing them to create whatever style of burrito or bowl they are in the mood for. Our kids’ menu makes it easy for families to find something for everyone. We’re committed to giving families a great dining destination and the strongest value possible for their dollar.”
