Influential restaurateurs will mingle with leading suppliers to share their experiences and plans for the future at the 2010 Southwest Foodservice Expo June 27–29 at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston.

As the largest foodservice show in the southwest, Expo, produced by the Texas Restaurant Association, brings the dynamic industry together under one roof to showcase the latest culinary trends, equipment, foods, products, and services.

“Expo’s extensive offerings cover all segments of our industry,” says Richie Jackson, Texas Restaurant Association CEO. “The show is festive, exciting, and extremely valuable for attendees and exhibitors alike. It is a time to learn what’s happening in the industry outside of your four walls and see what might benefit your business.”

Café 21 will highlight the beverage side of the business with a lounge-like atmosphere where people can sample the latest products and see how to boost bar profits.

The new DealCenter on the show floor is a private meeting space where exhibitors and attendees can connect to do business.

The Education Idea Center provides sessions on everything from marketing, operations and industry trends to culinary creations, restaurant design and construction.

Celebrity chefs from Texas and around the country will be in attendance at the Culinary Showcase, and hundreds of exhibitors will showcase their products and services, offering great deals available only at Expo.

In these tough economic times, it is critical that business owners keep on top of what’s happening in their industry so that they may take advantage of opportunities to stay competitive. Expo makes it easy to keep a finger on the pulse of the foodservice industry.
