McDonald’s Adding Spicy BBQ Chicken Sandwich, Glazed Tenders

McDonald’s is bringing Spicy BBQ Glazed Tenders and a Spicy BBQ Chicken Sandwich to participating restaurants nationwide for a limited time beginning on September 11.

Spicy BBQ Glazed Tenders: McDonald’s Buttermilk Crispy Tenders, battered and breaded, hand-tossed and sauced to order in the brand’s new Spicy BBQ glaze that contains just a hint of jalapeno.
Spicy BBQ Chicken Sandwich: This BBQ staple features McDonald’s classic Buttermilk Crispy fillet made with all-white meat and served on a sesame seed bun with slivered onions, pickles and topped with that same smoky, sweet, with medium heat Spicy BBQ glaze.

“The excitement that spicy flavors bring is something we know our customers have always loved,” says Todd Manisco, manager of menu innovation at McDonald’s. “And we’re thrilled to now be offering up that excitement nationwide with a tasty kick to our chicken menu.”
