Arby's Adds a Club Salad

    Industry News | October 7, 2004

Expanding on the May launch of Market Fresh Salads, Arby’s will add a Chicken Club Salad to the lineup. The idea behind the salad is to join classic club sandwich flavors with salad greens. To that end, the salad features warm chicken fingers, crumbled pepper bacon, hard-boiled egg, shredded cheddar cheese, and grape tomatoes served over spring-mix greens. It's served with creamy buttermilk ranch dressing.

Arby's was one of the first quick-serves to upgrade its menu, when the specialty Market Fresh line was launched in May 2001 with deli-style sandwiches. The line now includes six Market Fresh Sandwiches, four Market Fresh Salads, and five Market Fresh Wraps.
