With autumn quickly approaching and cooler weather just around the corner, Au Bon Pain released its new Fall Menu, themed around new twists on fall classics. The updated menu showcases the chain’s continued commitment to innovation and creativity in the kitchen and features a savory sandwich, innovative baked goods, and a new seasonal latte. One of the biggest highlights for fall, the new Smoky Swiss Turkey Sandwich is sure to become a popular guest favorite. With an ingredient profile that looks like a crossover between a Reuben and a Rachel, the Smoky Swiss Turkey makes a fantastic new lunch option. Served on toasty whole grain wheat bread, the sandwich uses a combination of hot sliced turkey, melty Swiss cheese, cool Vidalia coleslaw, zesty spread, and a smoky barbecue sauce to create an explosive flavor profile sure to satisfy the taste buds.

On the bakery side, guests can cozy up with the new Pumpkin Croissant. And unlike typical pumpkin breads where a puree is baked in, the flaky croissant comes bursting with a creamy pumpkin filling. The Fall Menu also puts a twist on traditional pumpkin spice. A Chai Pumpkin Spice Latte made with green tea chai, pumpkin spice syrup, and frothed milk gives the traditional fall beverage a unique flavor boost, while the rich Pumpkin Blondie, a chewy pumpkin bar made with white chocolate chunks, walnuts, and spices, takes all the flavors of the popular drink and combines them into an edible dessert.
