    Inspired by the restaurant’s Mexican-American roots, El Pollo Loco is shaking up its classic tostadas with the flavors and energy of authentic Los Angeles street corn. The all new artisanal Street Corn Tostada is made with fresh ingredients and handcrafted to order, featuring sweet summer corn, locally sourced queso fresco, and El Pollo Loco’s citrus-marinated, fire-grilled chicken. It is topped off with a dash of chile lime seasoning and creamy cilantro dressing, a made-from-scratch customer favorite, to make for a soul-satisfying flavor. 

    El Pollo Loco chefs also crafted another delicious tostada option—Chicken & Avocado Tostada. The Tostada is made with local queso fresco, hand-sliced avocado, savory pinto beans, Mexican rice, pico de gallo, lettuce, and fire-grilled chicken.
