An avocado takeover is giving a fresh twist to a pair of American Airlines Center dining destinations. Thanks to a collaboration between the arena’s hospitality partner, Levy, and Avocados from Mexico, two of the nation’s first “avocado-centric” concession stands will debut on the plaza level of the arena.
The “AvoEats” avocado-centric concession stands feature ontrend avocado menu items, including Avo-Toast, Avo-Buffalo Fries, a Guacamole Sampler and an AvoChocolate Mousse. In addition, fresh avocados have been integrated into several dishes across other American Airlines Center concession stands, including Fried Cauliflower with Avocado Tiger Dipping Sauce, Texas Cheesesteak Sandwich Topped with Fresh Guacamole, Shrimp Tacos with Avocado Aioli, and a Green Chile Guac and Queso Burger.

Research shows avocado popularity continues to soar as consumers crave the versatile fruit. Avocados From Mexico is the only year-round, fresh avocado source that foodservice operators can feature, no matter the season. “AvoEats,” dishes with fresh Avocados from Mexico will continue to roll-out throughout the months ahead.
