Back Yard Burgers is giving away a trip for two to the Pepsi 400 NASCAR auto race in Daytona, Florida as the grand prize in the chain’s Jeff Gordon Twist ‘n’ Go Sweepstakes, now under way.

The sweepstakes is the first national promotion for Back Yard Burgers, which has 87 restaurants in 16 states.

Game cards for the Twist ‘n’ Go Sweepstakes are available while supplies last at participating restaurants through May 13.

In addition, participating locations are offering a unique Jeff Gordon Twist ‘n’ Go 32-ounce cup of Pepsi featuring Gordon, a prominent NASCAR driver. These cups have a twist-off cap that allows customers to reseal them easily, much like a sports drink bottle. The cups fit easily in auto cup holders and are spill resistant.

“What an exciting way for Back Yard Burgers to become involved in our first-ever national promotion,” said Lattimore Michael, founder and CEO of the hamburger chain. “NASCAR auto racing is one of the fastest growing spectator sports in the world, and we are proud to join with Pepsi, Jeff Gordon, and NASCAR to spread the word about the great dining experience offered at our Back Yard Burgers restaurants across the country.

“The grand prize includes a trip for two to the Pepsi 400 Race at Daytona July 2. This includes round-trip coach air transportation for two, two nights hotel accomodations, ground transportation, and two tickets to the Pepsi 400.

“In addition, there are thousands of free Back Yard Burgers sandwiches, fries, soft drinks, and other merchandise available to participants.”

Free game cards and copies of the official rules of the sweepstakes may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope postmarked before June 15 to Back Yard Burgers Game Piece, c/o TLP 180 Interstate North Parkway, Suite 300, Atlanta, GA 30339.
