Baja Fresh Mexican Grill announced the grand opening of its second Baja Fresh in New York City this year. The store celebrated its grand opening on September 16 by selling $2 burritos between the hours of 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. The store also plans to gain exposure in the community by catering the non-profit Summer Search Young Leadership Committee fundraising event on September 29.
The new Baja Fresh is located at 1441 Broadway, 1.5 blocks away from Times Square. The 2,000-square-foot restaurant is owned and operated by Neil Seth of Be Fresh Inc. Seth also owns and operates the Baja Fresh located at 465 Lexington Avenue, which opened in May.
“We are pleased to continue our partnership with Neil Seth as he continues to grow the Baja Fresh brand in New York City,” says Baja Fresh president Charles Rink. “This market is showing its desire and need for a brand such as ours and we are excited to move forward with our expansion.”
