Baja Fresh Mexican Grill, a fast-casual fresh Mexican chain, is excited to announce the opening of its 13th Las Vegas Baja Fresh, located inside the Las Vegas McCarran International Airport. The new restaurant offers made-to-order tacos, burritos, and salads in an express format.

The 800-square-foot restaurant is owned and operated by 25-year industry veteran Clarence A. Daniels Jr., Esq., who also owns an additional Baja Fresh Express in the San Diego International Airport.

It will be open from 6 a.m.-11 p.m., seven days per week, 365 days per year. When asked why he opened a Baja Fresh in its particular location Daniels says, “Baja Fresh has great brand identity and customer loyalty. This Baja Fresh will clearly stand out because of its location in one of the busiest airports in the world, Las Vegas McCarran. Even its location within McCarran is special. Everyone flying Delta, United, American, Airtran, Continental, JetBlue, etc. will have to walk by this Baja Fresh!”

Baja Fresh President Charles Rink says, “The Baja Fresh Express opened in the Las Vegas McCarran International Airport is an excellent choice in real-estate and we look forward to the success of this restaurant and our continued partnership with Clarence Daniels and his team.”

Daniels says, “I have tremendous respect for Baja Fresh and its ability to continue to distinguish itself in the fast-casual market.”
