H.C. Brill Company, a subsidiary of CSM, appointed Bret Weaver as president & CEO effective September 8.

Prior to joining H.C. Brill, Weaver held various leadership positions with CSM North America including vice president of business development CSM Bakery Supplies North America; president & CEO of Westco; and president & CEO of BakeMark East. Weaver led the North American development of CSM strategy initiatives as well as all merger and acquisition activities since 2001. In the industry, Weaver has served as a board member on numerous baking industry councils and associations over the years.
