Just in time for the spring celebration season, Baskin-Robbins launched a national online ordering platform, powered by Olo, that allows guests to order and customize ice cream cakes and frozen treats for their special occasions.

Through the power of digital ordering, guests can explore a wide range of cake designs and ice cream and cake flavor combinations available at participating Baskin-Robbins shops nationwide in just a few quick steps, customize their order and even create a suggested or custom message using computer or mobile web ordering.

“The Olo platform is convenient for both Baskin-Robbins guests and crew members, especially during this busy spring celebration season,” says Carol Austin, vice president of marketing for Baskin-Robbins. “Online cake ordering gives our guests another fun and interactive way to customize and place their Baskin-Robbins ice cream cake orders, whether they’re at home or on the go.”

Customers can navigate Olo’s ordering system any time to customize their sweet treats, find their closest shops, pay online, and arrange for an in-store cake pickup as soon as 24 hours after placing their order. The system gives guests time to create the perfect cake for any occasion and even browse Baskin-Robbins’ site for party extras such as favors and candles.

“Baskin-Robbins customers now benefit from the added convenience of browsing custom ice cream cakes wherever and whenever they’d like, with the confidence that comes from taking their time,” says Olo founder and CEO Noah Glass. “The platform is sure to be a favorite for ice cream lovers for their special occasions.”
