Beatrix Market is now open in the Loop at 155 N. Wacker. This is the first standalone location and the third of its kind in Chicago. The quick grab-and-go market experience originated in Streeterville in 2015 as a part of Beatrix, the neighborhood coffeehouse and restaurant, and most recently opened this summer in Fulton Market.

The concept was created by Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises’ founder Rich Melman, executive partner and divisional president Marc Jacobs, and chef partners John Chiakulas and Janet Kirker.

Beatrix Market will feature large self-serve salad, soup, and hot food bars, rotating chef-prepared salads, sandwiches, and snacks, as well as premium nuts, chocolates and candies from local artisans. The healthful market will provide a vast selection of local greens, grains and sprouts, daily specials, a hummus bar, and more healthy-meets-delicious offerings.

This location will also feature Beatrix’s iconic coffee bar serving favorites like Bulletproof and Nitro in addition to cookies and pastries from its in-house bakery.
