Betco Corporation is pleased to announce its continued support of the annual BSCAI Excellence in Sustainability Award. The Sustainability Award presented by Betco recognizes outstanding achievement by a building services company in the implementation and promotion of green cleaning practices and in the advancement of sustainable building services program benefits.

"BSCAI is excited to partner again with Betco to present the annual BSCAI Excellence in Sustainability Award. It is gratifying to see that so many contractors have realized the benefits and value of sustainable offerings and are dedicated to expanding their efforts and resources in this area. BSCAI is proud to recognize and honor the best of these efforts," says Christopher Mundschenk, BSCAI executive vice president

The winner of BSCAI's Excellence in Sustainability 2012 Award was Harvard Maintenance.

Partnering with BSCAI to award sustainability excellence is a natural progression in Betco's 20-year commitment to green cleaning for health and the environment. "Betco has been a leader in green cleaning since 1990. At that time we introduced our Green Earth dispensing system with environmentally responsible chemicals and packaging. We continue to invest in the future through sustainable practices with a focus on the Triple Bottom Line: people, profit, and planet. Leading Building Service Contractors share this same belief with the implementation of green cleaning programs that will treat employees and customers fairly, are responsible with the use of cleaning products and equipment, while still earning a fair profit for the organization," says John Reed, Betco director of sustainability and training.

Betco engineers innovative cleaning programs, products, and equipment sold through distribution partners internationally. Betco products serve numerous markets and industries including building services, education, healthcare, food service, and retail.
