Beyond Juicery + Eatery Opens in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan

    Industry News | May 25, 2021

Beyond Juicery + Eatery, a rising leader in the healthy fast-casual food industry, announced the opening of its newest restaurant in Bloomfield Hills at 1987 South Telegraph Road. Set to host its grand opening celebration on May 26, the location will be locally owned by franchise operators Michael Blum and Jeff Torrice.

Beyond Juicery + Eatery is quickly becoming a staple across the Midwest. In fact, the Bloomfield Hills restaurant is just one of six locations that will open in May and June. The brand’s commitment to enriching the lives of community members was a contributing factor for Blum and Torrice in opening their own location, as they approach business with a similar mindset: an emphasis on positive people cultivating an inviting environment for customers to enjoy.

“We love everything that Beyond Juicery + Eatery stands for,” says Blum. “From its diverse product offerings of healthy options to the ‘be the best part of someone’s day’ motto, its track record as the leading health-focused restaurant in the Midwest is unmatched. The brand’s strong hold on the Michigan market and its rapidly expanding footprint across the Midwest, made it an equally attractive investment for us with an already established following. Our main focus for this Bloomfield Hills restaurant is to have a positive impact on the community by providing them with healthy options that taste beyond good.”

Assisting Blum and Torrice with the Bloomfield Hills restaurant will be Tricia Troyan and Jeremey Lambert. On opening weekend and to celebrate with the community, the new Bloomfield Hills location will offer free strawberry banana smoothies from 3 to 5 p.m. on May 26 only.

“The next couple of months are an exciting time for Beyond as we continue to grow our location count,” says Mijo Alanis, co-founder of Beyond Juicery + Eatery. “The Bloomfield Hills restaurant is a key location for us in our quest to provide customers with easy access to our healthy products, positive environment and endless job opportunities. The owners of this new location are entrepreneurs through and through. After hearing their desire to grow with our brand, I was instantly confident that they were a great fit for Beyond. I’m excited to see them open their first restaurant with us in the Bloomfield Hills community and to watch them thrive as owners.”
