    Beyond Sushi Releases New Dinner and Catering Menus

    Beyond Sushi, which has 6 locations across NYC, is in the process of unveiling new menus at each of the restaurants to elevate the experience for diners. Most notably, there’s a new dinner menu at the flagship W. 37th Street location, and a similar version is coming soon to the Mulberry and 56th Street outposts.

    At Beyond Sushi, dinner is available from 5 p.m. to close during the week and all day during the weekend. Additionally, an express menu is now available at Beyond Sushi’s 14th Street store, as well as Chelsea Market, Pine Street.  

    New Menu highlights include:

    • Shared Plates for dinner service, like Cashew Pâté Assortment featuring olive, mushroom, artichoke, sun-dried tomato with crispy seeded flatbread and Portobello Carpaccio made with caper berries, pickled onion, micro arugula, aged balsamic, and king oyster mushroom chips, amongst others.
    • New Mains, such as a house-made Black Garlic Ravioli filled with kale, baby bella, crispy capers, smoked “gouda,” lemon velouté, and chili oil or Fire Roasted Eggplant with notes of tahini, lemon, cilantro, sumac, and rosemary garlic bread, in addition to ramen soups and other flavor-packed dishes.
    • Signature Sushi like the La Fiesta which has black rice, avocado, chayote, pickled jalapeño, black bean purée, makrut lime chips, and tomato guajillo sauce, the Mighty Mushroom with four-grain rice, mushroom medley, baked tofu, micro arugula, and a shiitake truffle sauce and the Pickle Me that’s filled with pickled burdock root, crunchy daikon and carrots, avocado, as well as a carrot ginger sauce. 

    In addition, the brand has released a brand new catering menu, which features a multitude of never before seen menu items, including sandwiches that range from a BBQ Seitan to a “Mozzarella” Caprese, and beyond, as well as platters with Moroccan Lentil Puffs, Spanakopita, and much more.
