BIBIBOP Asian Grill has added a brand new cold topping option for customers looking to add a little spice to their BIBIBOP bowls in 2020.

Merging the Korean word for radish, “mu,” with “chae,” which means salad, Moochae (pronounced MOO-chay), is BIBIBOP’s version of a traditional Korean radish salad- with a kick. Moochae will include a base of julienned daikon radish mixed with a special blend of chili powder to add a little heat and flavor for the new year.

Along with great taste, Moochae is an excellent source of Vitamin C and probiotics which can improve well-being by boosting the immune system, improving gut health, and fighting inflammation. Moochae also contains Potassium, Copper, Magnesium, and Calcium, which can build stronger bones, help regulate blood pressure, and rev up the metabolism.

“In our testing we found our guests love Moochae! Not only is it super healthy, with only 10 calories per serving, but it tastes great too,” says Brian Hipsher, Vice President of Marketing for BIBIBOP Asian Grill.

Moochae is now available in all 38 BIBIBOP locations across the country.
